“I was using my wok and I need coils to stay on high. Anyway to do this?”

• Hi there - To set the surface burners, push the knob in and turn in either direction to the setting you want (in this case, "Hi" for a high setting). We recommend only using a flat-bottomed wok that has the same diameter as the surface element to ensure proper contact. It's also important to note that woks with support rings should not be used because they will not heat on the cooktop. We hope this is helpful. • I need coils to stay on HIGH...they cool down and then go high again.
