“I purchased the JGB735SP1SS with the griddle in the middle. I want to know if there is a grate that can be purchased to replace the griddle if I don't want to use the griddle. Thank you”

From the GE webpage for this stove you can get to a different website that sells replacement parts https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-specs/JGB735SPSS/parts - however the center burner unit that is under the griddle is an oval shaped burner and I am not sure if putting a regular burner grate there instead would be a good idea - you should probably speak to someone at GE.
