• What ever temperature is there you change to 400 and press start.

• Hi! Thanks for asking. If you're using the Bake feature, for example, and you're wanting to adjust the temperature after it has originally been set, you can simply press Bake again and use the number pads to set the new temperature. After you've done that, press Start to confirm it and then the oven will begin to warm or cool to meet that new temp. If this doesn't work then you would need to cancel the cooking cycle and set it again as you normally would with the new temperature. Hope this is helpful! All the best. -Michael@GEA

• hit your bake, or conv oven or whatever you are doing and then use the numbers to form 400 and lastly hit start.
