Will BestBuy take your previous unit with them? null

I had my old range hauled away by Best Buy. I paid extra for that service - $59.99, The service men were so nice - after they took out my old stove, they allowed my son a few minutes to mop the floor & clean the wall before installing my new stove. Of course, he worked like NASCAR pit crew & didn’t waste any time.
