The configuration of this range's edge-to-edge cooktop offers you a large cooking surface and five surface burners with various heat outputs for your cooking flexibility. It also features a Precise Simmer burner that delivers low, even heat for delicate foods, a Power Boil Burner that delivers high heat for fast boiling, and a fifth large oval burner in the center for griddle cooking. - When using any of these burners, the control knob will rotate from high to low to control the heat selection and adjust the flame size. Of course they can!
They have dials with numbers and you dial it where you want it.
Griddle pan is very cool on this, too- but it scratches easy! I'd buy a 2nd griddle pan when buying the range!
