Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We got the same issue. They recommended i call a plumber to fix the connection. Turns out the connection was fine and the plumber ended up installing our stove... cost me 200 bucks. I was so irritated.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi - The range should be connected to gas supply line that is 1/2" I.D. national pipe thread. Connection on range product itself is 1/2" O.D. NPT female fitting. Note: There is an adapter that can be purchased to convert it to 3/4" I.D. The adapter can be generally purchased at hardware stores or plumbing supply houses.
