Make sure your range is plugged into a 120 volt 3-prong grounded outlet and be sure the gas supply connected to the range has been turned on. If the surface burners work but the bake and broil burners do not, check to be sure the gas shut-off on the pressure regulator is open. Please see page 25 of the online Owner's Manual for additional information. To locate the manual, click on the Features tab and scroll to the bottom of the Features list. You'll find all available literature listed there.
