“Love this range so far :) The owner's manual is missing which burner goes with with number/BTU. Please identify location with BTUs. In particular: Which is the "precise simmer"? Back left or right? Which is the powerboil? Front left or right?”

Hey there, we'll be happy to provide you with some additional details. The left front burner has 15,000 BTU and it has Power Boil, the left rear burner has 5,000 BTU and it's the Precise Simmer, the right front burner has 9,500 BTU, the right rear burner has 12,000 BTU, and the oval center burner has 10,000 BTU.
