How do I lower the temperature of the ove ? null

Hit the bake button. Adjust the temperature using the "+" or "-" buttons. Then hit start.

Hi Wendy - Thanks for choosing GE Model JGBS66REKSS! On our ranges with electronic controls, you can change the temperature after the oven is already in use by simply pressing the Bake pad, select the new temperature, and press Start. If you were already baking in the oven at 350 degrees and you now need to set the temperature to 325 degrees, you may want to wait a few minutes after making the adjustment before putting the food in to allow the oven to adapt to the new temperature.
