Yes, it is counter height and counter depth. Measurements from GE's website: 47 1/4 H x 30 W x 28 3/4 D It might stick out a little with older cabinets. It does with my cabinets (almost an inch), but it still looks good. Before ordering, double check by measuring the space where the stove will go to make sure it will fit. Good luck
