Q: QuestionHas anyone had theirs start to smell after long term use? I see some reports that there is drain water left that can allow for the washer to have a bad odor despite using the vent feature.

• A:Answer Just had this start happening with ours. I gave the whole thing a good scrub down inside and out, then ran a few cleaning cycles with a cleaning pod. Didn't fix the issue. Never had this issue with our previous Samsung model. :( Not sure what to do.

Q: QuestionDoes this model clean itself? The last two loads I have run the dial has switched to self clean and the door locks until I shut the whole thing off. Both times were when I had the "delay wash" option in use.

• A:Answer Yes. Phillips screwdriver. Very straight forward to change. -The matching Dryer, However, Is reversible but requires special tools and is not so easy. (we had to flip doors on both of our units)

Q: QuestionPurchased December '23. Already have had the soap dispenser clog up TWICE. Very disappointed as it's quite a procedure to dump out all the soap and take everything apart, especially having to do it every 4 months. It's not like it sits without use.
