I suggest to check page 20 in the manual. There are some spacer (4) needed to the packing but if there are not remove after install the washer make a louder sound when the washer is spinning for example. That was my case. After removing the spacer you should put in the holes a cover that bring in a bag in the washer box. At the end is pretty silent, you can hear that the machine is working but does not bother. Hope this help!
