Are both drain and fill house included? Under overview it says it’s included but further down under specification it notes not included. null

yes it is included. the only you need to get if go with with the electric dryer is the plug and exhaust vent pipe.

I had to purchase the Smart Choice - 6' Stainless-Steel Washing Machine Fill Hose (2-Pack) for the Hot & Cold water hookup, but it did come with the drain hose.
