• yes it is included. the only you need to get if go with with the electric dryer is the plug and exhaust vent pipe.

• I had to purchase the Smart Choice - 6' Stainless-Steel Washing Machine Fill Hose (2-Pack) for the Hot & Cold water hookup, but it did come with the drain hose.
