QuestionI just purchased a GE electric range JB 735DP 4 WW but there is no manuel . It is frustrating to have to go to my computer (in the other room) for information and frustrating as well to have to print pages of information . Can it be mailed to me ?

- Answer Yes you can cook with cast iron. But do not drag a heavy pan that is not smooth on the bottom across the cooktop. It will eventually show scratches.
