Can you cook with cast iron on stove top null

We don’t recommend using cast iron on this cooktop unless it’s designed specifically for glass cooktops. Cast iron is slower to absorb heat and may also scratch the surface. We have suggestions about what cookware to use on the cooktop starting on page 15 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number, go to the product’s page and view the Owner Support section.
