“Is the bisque color available with smooth top and convection oven?”

Hey Mary! Thanks for your question, we love the Bisque finish too! We're sorry to say that the only models we have available in Bisque at this time are the one listed here and JBS160DMCC. Both of them have a coil cooktop and do not have convection capabilities in their ovens. - However, we found two models with a White finish, that have radiant glass cooktops, and have access to convection baking. Those models are: JB655DKWW and JB735DPWW. Take a look and see what you think! Best wishes. -Michael@GEA
