Hi - Thanks for reaching out! F4 fault code usually means that the oven sensor needs to be replaced. Fault codes are programmed in all electronic ranges. These codes help GE Appliances Factory Service technicians quickly diagnose issues. We suggest to reset the electronics by turning off power at the circuit breaker that the range is connected to for 30 seconds to clear the code.
