Do you need special pots for convection burners? null

Hi - Thanks for considering GE! While special cookware is not required, flat bottom pans are essential for good cooking performance since the bottom of the pan needs to touch the glass for the best heat transfer. Stainless Steel and Heavy-Weight Aluminum cookware is recommended.
