To inquire with Best Buy about whether they can perform a conversion, please call their team directly at 888-237-8289 or call your local store. Our gas cooking products come ready to use natural gas, but a liquid propane conversion kit is included. Please ensure the conversion process is performed by a qualified installer or servicer, as the conversion does need to be in accordance with any local codes and requirements as well as the installation instructions. Please also note that we recommend keeping the natural gas orifices when the conversion is done, as there usually isn’t a natural gas conversion kit available if you ever need to convert back; if a kit isn’t available, the parts will need to be purchased separately.

There seems to be a page that shows you what to buy for the conversion kit but I don't see mention of an installation team that will do it for you.
