hi Terry - The range is equipped with 3 heavy-duty oven racks (not self-clean enamel racks). We offer optional GE® SELF-CLEAN OVEN RACKS (3PK) - FOR ELECTRIC RANGES # JXRACK3E (porcelain-coated). Fits free-standing electric 5.3 cu. ft. ranges. Available for purchase on GEApplianceParts.com: https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/JXRACK3E - We currently do not offer a comparable model in white equipped with self-clean enamel racks. No it does not come with ceramic oven racks. 
Call the appliance department at Best Buy and ask them which models come with ceramic oven racks.
