“My new GE range will not hold an accurate oven temperature. If I want 425 degrees, I have set it to 435, and it takes 25 minutes to preheat. Can this be fixed or do I need a replacement?”

You can read instructions on this special feature on page 12 of the owner's manual. Regarding your oven preheat time, since a variety of factors can affect preheat time, we recommend checking out the troubleshooting article titled "Oven Preheat Time Too Long" on our support page.
