Why does it buzz when it gets hot? I was told that's normal which is ridiculous. That is not quality. I wish I had bought an LG. My parents glass top LG range is quiet. Not mine. Brand new house with all new appliances and that is the most annoying noise. null

Are you sure you can't go into setup and remove buzzing notification?? Get owners manual and check it out.

The stove has a fan that turns on to cool it, I just had mine installed and it had a paper taped to it to advise that it makes a hum noise and that it's the fan

Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your new range. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. The range is equipped with an audible preheat signal. Many newer ranges have a Preheat that will signal when the oven has reached a temperature hot enough to add food, rather than when the set temperature is reached. Typically the range will signal after about 7-12 minutes, depending of the temperature you set. We test our ranges with prepackaged foods, frozen pizzas, baked goods, etc. We put the items in at the beep, and get good results. This can help save time in the kitchen, since you are not waiting longer for the preheat than necessary, in most cases.
