Do the burner knobs go from low to high or high to low? null

The knob adjusts from hi to low.

Hi Kare - The burners knobs are adjustable Hi to Lo. Turn the knob to left to Lite position then continue Hi to Lo to adjust the flame. Keep in touch! Sue
