“I'm confused, the description says convection range, but another customer asked if it was a standard convection oven and was told NO when the question was answered. Is there a difference in the type of convection oven? And is this one convection or not?”

Hi - Thank you for your interest in a GE gas convection range. We apologize for any confusion. We're not really sure what was meant in the previous question by "standard" convection. We did however advise the consumer that this model was a convection model. While we do offer various styles of convection cooking in our electric ranges, our convection gas ranges all function in the same manner. This GE gas model range offers convection cooking functions in addition to traditional bake. We hope you choose GE for your home. Vikki@GEA
