A:AnswerNo. The manual says the tray at the bottom is for storage only. However it does sit right below the bottom burner. You might experiment to see. I have not (yet).
Also - the oven computer controls provide a keep warm function to be used for keeping foods hot that should be served hot, but not so hot that they over-cook. Not to be used for more than 2 hours.
A:AnswerAs near as I can tell, yes. The surface has a mat finish so the control labels and display show through clearly without extraneous reflections.
A:AnswerYes. There are actually two fans. There is a large conventional fan in the oven back wall used for convection baking. Then there is a small squirrel cage fan at the top back which exhausts through the right hand vent (looking from the front) at the back. This fan appears to be used for keeping the electronics and wiring cooled, and it will operate regardless of the oven convection setting since it's not related to that.

A:AnswerNo, the oven only requires 110v from a regular wall outlet. The oven computer controls, burner igniters, fan and oven light are all powered from that one 110v connection. BTW is there is a power outage the stove top burners will still function, you just have to light them manually - but the oven will not function at all because it is completely computer controlled.
