Hello I cannot answer your question about the amps however if the fan speed is simply low medium or high it should not make a big difference when it comes to electricity as it is the compressor is the one drawing the most

We're sorry to say we don’t have the current draw at a low fan speed available to offer. Overall, the majority of energy used is with the compressor.
