“The specs for the unit indicates that it draws 7.2 Amps at 115 volts presumably at high speed. Mine runs almost continuously at low speed and wonder how many amps are drawn. I would like to optimize my power bill.”

Hello I cannot answer your question about the amps however if the fan speed is simply low medium or high it should not make a big difference when it comes to electricity as it is the compressor is the one drawing the most

We're sorry to say we don’t have the current draw at a low fan speed available to offer. Overall, the majority of energy used is with the compressor.
