Yes. I found it runs to 5% lower than set humidity.

It will cycle back on when it detects the humidity level has increased to 5% greater than the set level. The fan should turn off about 3 minutes after the compressor cycles off. This model is capable of being set for continuous operation. "NS" (Nonstop) will appear on the screen if this setting is selected. To ensure this feature hasn't been chosen, make sure to set the humidity level to a percentage from 35% to 80% in 5% increments using the - and + pads and not to "NS".
