I think you need to make sure the room temp is 68 degrees and not just what you have the thermostat set. If the room temp is truly 68 degrees, get a reading of the humidity. If it is greater than 35%, it probably is the humidity making it uncomfortable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It could be the age of your Air Comditioner. The latent vs sensible ability it has to pull moisture out. Even though it is 68 it may not be dehumidifying because it can’t pull the moisture out.
