I have had my range for 3 months now. I love mine but mine makes no such noise. It is extremely quiet. Once it reaches temperature it does make a quiet little chime but that is all.

We apologize for the loud noises from the appliance, and we'll use this as an opportunity to improve future products. We found that the clicking is your range cycling the heating elements by turning relays on and off to maintain the oven temperature. This is a completely normal process. You can find this information, and more troubleshooting tips in the Owner's manual on page 26.
