• A:Answer Hi EB, thanks for your question! No, you would not need to connect a water line to your range to use the Steam Clean feature. Here are the steps to follow to use Steam Clean: 1.When the oven is cool, wipe up any excess grease or soil from oven. 2. Pour 1 cup of water in the center of the oven floor. 3. Touch the “STEAM Clean” pad or press "Clean Self/Steam" pad twice. 4. Wait 30 minutes for the cycle to end. The control panel will display a count down. 5. Wipe out any moisture and food soil that is remaining. We hope that this helps! All the best. -Michael

Q: QuestionIs the top oven convection only or the bottom? One comment states the top is only a broiler. Is this true?

• A:Answer The bottom is convection the top is not. And no, the top oven is not just a broiler. You can broil but you can also bake. I use it for cookies, rolls, breads ... etc. If you look at pages 16-17 of the manual for this product I think it will give you the answers you're looking for! Model JB860SJSS has two self -clean ovens and True European Convection with Precise Air (a third heating element around the rear reversing fan providing enhanced heat and air circulation). • A:Answer Not at all. Every little touch or drip of water or food smears all over. Only when you scrub and clean with the stove glass cleaner will it look good. Also around the entire glass top edge the cleaner gets in the crack and is very hard to get out.

• A:Answer This is how our plug is set up. The range has enough space that it doesn't interfere. However, the anti-tip brackets prevent a perfectly flush fit against the wall. There is approximately a 1 inch gap between the wall and the range with the brackets installed.
