“Why does it say i need to order a range cord? Why would a new range not have one attached already??”

• Hi Blue - Thanks for considering GE Model # JBS86SPSS! Our GE electric ranges do not come with power cords from the factory. The power cord is sold separately. It is not possible to determine the type of facilities each consumer has available or what the local electrical codes require (ex. 3-wire vs 4-wire). Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue
