• Hi there, thanks for your question! You can use traditional baking or convection baking in the lower oven. To use traditional baking, you'll press the BAKE pad and for convection baking, you'll press the CONV BAKE pad. Convection baking is only available for the lower oven. We hope this helps! • Yes you can bake without using the conv button, but I love the conv buttons and it’s only for the bottom oven only!

• Yes. It has both options to use the convection bake or just a regular bake option. The top part is only a regular oven. But we love the convenience of it.
