“I just purchased the GE - 6.6 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Double Oven Electric Convection Range with Self-Steam Cleaning and No-Preheat Air Fry The manual says "Press the Steam Clean pad and then press Start. The oven door will lock" it is not locking why?”
