• Hi - The minimum temps are 170 degrees and the upper oven has a keep warm setting.

• Hi, Thanks for asking! We appreciate your consideration and we're happy to help. The oven on this range can be set between 170-550 degrees F. A Keep Warm setting is also available on this model. You can view each oven setting in the Use and Care manual.
