“If you cook 4 pies at the same time (2 in each oven) and at the same temperature, will they come out the same? fruit pie takes and hour to bake to get the inside cooked and thickened while the top gets golden brown. Any issue because of shorter height?”

Hello BakingPies, Thanks so much for reaching out. We're happy to assist you. We would recommend using the convection bake on the lower oven and placing the pies on rack positions 2 and 4. Be sure to stagger the pies so that one is not above the other.
