“Should I bake pies on top or lower oven. And where to place rack??”

• If I’m doing regular baking I use the top and my rack is on the lower notch works just fine. If you’re baking pies, I’d use the top just because it’s easier to take it out

• I would use smaller upper oven with rack in middle since a pie is flatter then something like a turkey.

• Either and place in the middle rack. I usually use the top oven when baking smaller amounts.
