“How do you self clean this oven? It does not do what it explains in the manual. We are having nothing but problems with this oven! The temperature is always off by about 10 to 15 degrees in the top oven the most, and it takes longer for things to cook.”

Hello and thank you for reaching out. We are very sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing. To use the self-clean mode, press the Self Clean pad once, set a time between 3 and 5 hours, and then press Start. The door will automatically lock and stay locked until the oven has reached a safe temperature after self-cleaning.
