This unit requires a new UL-listed 240V 30-amp dryer power supply cord with 3 or 4 prongs. Since the power cord is not provided with dryer, you should identify the plug type needed for your house receptacle before purchasing the line cord. • You can purchase either 3 or 4 prong plug. It is a add on charge depending what is required and type of electrical system at your home. It can work either way.

• This dryer can be wired for either 3 or 4 prong outlet use. It has detailed instructions on how to make plug connection for both in the installation booklet that comes with it.
