Either one will work. The plug is purchased separately and will depend on which receptacle you have. The installation manual has instructions for both.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello. this dryer can be hooked up to power using either a 3 or 4 prong power cord. If a new house then a 4 prong cord is needed. If you already have a dryer in an older home then unplug it to find out if you need a 3 or 4 prong dryer cord. You may need to check with local electrical codes to find out what you need.
