• The dryer will need a 3 or 4 prong power cord to operate. Your local codes will determine the type of power cord you'll need. Please take a moment to review the "Power Cords" section on pg. 9 of the Installation Instructions for a list of compatible power cords. -Don@GEAppliances

• The cord is not included. You need to check if you home has a 3 or 4 print outlet. You can use the one from a previous dryer if in good condition. Easy to install.
