“The large center, Control Panel knob, to select drying cycle, is very very difficult to turn, is this normal?”

• Mine always was too! Purchased in March of 2021 and now October 2022, the knob is broken and dryer only turns on for max 5 minutes. The knob is super hard to turn and broke after just over a year of use.
