A:Answer Hi NotHappy- Cotton Regular cycle is the best option for towels/jeans or any items made of cotton/linen. We suggest to choose Cottons- More Dry setting. Large, heavy fabrics (towels/jeans) contain more moisture and take longer to dry. Separate large, heavy fabrics into smaller loads to speed drying time. Drying times will vary according to the type of heat used (Electric, Natural or LP gas), size of load, types of fabrics, wetness of clothes and condition of exhaust ducts. For the best drying performance, the dryer needs to be properly vented. Use only rigid metal 4” diameter ductwork inside the dryer cabinet. Use only rigid metal or UL listed flexible metal 4” diameter ductwork for exhausting to the outside. Do not use plastic. Use the shortest length possible. Make sure ducting is clean, free of kinks and unobstructed. Check to see if outside wall damper operates easily.
