• Yes, they hook it up, and yes, they'll take the old ones away for (as I recall) a $15 fee. They were very helpful!

• Yes they hooked up the washer and dryer . If you want the old ones taken away tell Best Buy and they will make arrangements $15.00 each. Will also need to purchase the water hoses for the washer and the gas line and vent for the dryer . Guys did a great job and made sure it wasnt leaking gas or anything .
