A:AnswerHi Chris- Proper airflow is very important to the operation of the dryer. It the dryer is too hot, we suggest to inspect the vent for restrictions. The vent should be rigid metal or flexible metal only. DO NOT use plastic flexible ducting. Check the outside wall cap for any obstructions. Check the installation instructions to be sure that the proper number of elbows are used relative to the correct length of venting. Test the dryer's performance (Electric models only): Disconnect the vent from the back of the dryer and run a load or two. If the symptoms continue there may be a service issue with the dryer. If the symptoms go away, it is likely there is a venting problem. A:AnswerWe had to purchase the cord separately, I was told they do not come with a cord because some outlets are three prong and some are four prong so they must be installed after delivery.

A:AnswerHi there, Eric - We're sorry to hear that your dryer isn't heating properly. If the dryer runs but will not heat make sure that the unit has 208/240V, 30 amps. The circuit breaker could have partially tripped. Turn off the breaker to the dryer and turn it back on to restore full power. Here is an article that provides additional troubleshooting to check: https://bit.ly/3nJb8AI. If the above troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, we recommend scheduling a service appointment. We hope that this helps! -Mikayla
