The 10AWG wires in a dedicated circuit with 240V-30A means 30A is the maximum the circuit will allow. Appliances can use less; such as this dryer needing up to a maximum of 24A.

Based on the information we're seeing on page 21 of the installation instructions, this unit would need a 30 amp connection, along with the other electrical requirements in terms of voltage, Hertz, and watts.
