Q: QuestionI have VW5361BJTS range hood, and it'll be installed in a room with a 12' ceiling. I have read that the 'JXDC72TS - 10 (ft.) Ceiling Duct Cover Kit' has been replaced by model UXDC72BJTS, 8.25"W x 7.0625"D.x 60"H. Will UXDC72BJTS or something else work?

Q: QuestionCan this be cut to the size that I need?

• A:Answer Hi Tedder - Thanks for choosing GE! Although we have not tested this, cutting the duct cover would not negatively impact the product. Clearly if a mistake is made when cutting the duct cover down a few inches, the warranty will not cover that damage. New holes will have to be drilled on the flange to attach it to the bracket. Q: QuestionDoes GE offer any crown molding kits for any of their range hoods? I have a GE pyramid hood in Black Slate and it needs a trim piece where the duct meets the ceiling. If they don't have crown molding trim pieces, they should start making them.
