- Answer Hi boymom5- A 30" Freestanding Double Oven Range (lower oven) will hold a turkey about 20 lbs. The turkeys we test are normally in the 20-25lb range, and in those cases we use the lower oven of the double oven. The pan size needed to accommodate the turkey may restrict sizing. QuestionCan the self clean be run on both ovens at the same time?

QuestionAre either of the ovens noisy? I didn’t know that my current oven has a fan that runs all the time. Something about keeping the electronics cool. It’s very annoying. Convection I understand may make noise do to the heat movement.

- Answer The fan turns on when the oven part of the range is on. It’s very quiet though. I noticed the fan only lately and my wife didn’t notice it at all, even though she is using the oven almost every weekend.
