“What is the difference between these and the Full Color version of the Direct Connect? I purchased both because i thought these were only white but I was able to set color as well. So what's the purpose of having a separate color version?”

Hi Cassaundra, the tunable whites only display different variants of white color temperatures such as warm white to cool white, daylight white etc. The full color does the same but has more color options such as red, green, blue, etc. Feel free to contact us at 1-844-302-2943 if you have any further questions. -Cync Support Team
