Q: QuestionWhen starting a new pot and I press the on button, does the temperature setting return to the temperature I previously set or always start at some base temperature?

• A:Answer Hello there - Thank you so much for reaching out about this wonderful kettle! When starting a new pot, the temperature setting does not return to the temperature you previously set. It always starts at the default (base) temperature of 212 degrees F. Thanks for checking! -Mikayla@GEA
